| Abstract | In the digital age, technology plays an important role in every aspect of business. Traditional organizational management Unable to respond to competition formats customer behavior Products and services Including how the organization operates. Currently, various organizations in Thailand Both private organizations government agency is transforming to digital, which requires accurate, accurate information that can be accessed conveniently and quickly and can be used to make decisions in a timely manner. Readiness of personnel, equipment, tools, and various resources Including a work process that is reduced in complexity but very efficient. Creating an organization's information management strategy is therefore the key to transforming into a digital organization. This article aims to study the creation of an information management strategy for a digital organization. The author searched for relevant literature and research from Google Scholar and online databases using a content synthesis process. In conclusion, strategic management has 4 steps: 1) analyzing the environment, 2) defining strategies, 3) implementing strategies, and 4) evaluating and controlling strategies. Information management towards a digital organization has 6 steps as follows: 1) Policy setting 2) Data management planning 3) Organizational process management 4) Human resource management 5) Administration 6) Data management to the next level. Operation episode In addition, organizational leaders should closely supervise, supervise, and follow up on operations according to the information management strategy within the organization. and follow movements outside the organization which causes social change that can occur at any time It can be quickly analyzed for management within the organization.
