Abstract The purposes of this study included the following: 1) to investigate the level of services quality of Damrongtham Center, Lablae District Uttaradit Province. 2) To compare the quality of services quality of the Damrongtham Center in Lablae District Uttaradit Province. When classified according to personal characteristics and 3) To study recommendations that affects the quality of services of the Damrongtham Center, Laplae District Uttaradit Province. The sample group in the research was people who came to complain or come to use services at the Damrongtham Center, Laplae District Uttaradit Province. Non-probability sampling was used and purposive sampling. The number of samples was determined using Yamane's formula. And the sample size of the research was 397 people. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire and statistics employed for data analysis incorporated frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t – test, and One –way ANOVA. The research revealed these results: 1. The people’s opinion of services quality of Damrongtham Center, Laplae District Uttaradit Province. as a whole, was at the high level (x ̅= 4.06). Contemplating each aspect, it was found that every aspect was at the high level. Of all aspects, the aspect with thehighest mean value was compassion for those receiving services (x ̅ = 4.18). The reliability in services obtained the second highest mean (x ̅ = 4.12) and The credibility of providing confidence to those receiving services obtained the third highest mean (x ̅ = 4.05).2. Service quality of the Damrongtham Center, Laplae District Uttaradit Province When classified according to personal characteristics, including gender, age, education, occupation, and average monthly income, it was found that satisfaction with the quality of services provided by the Damrongtham Center in Laplae District Uttaradit Province Overall, there are no differences in every aspect. 3. Suggestions from citizens who come to request services from the Damrongtham Center, Laplae District Uttaradit Province. There was an opinion that the public relations signs should be improved to be clearly visible and to increase the facilities in the service rooms. Increase the number of service personnel there is faster problem resolution. And open various channels for people who come to use the service to ask questions or express opinions about the service.
