| Abstract | The objective of this research were 1) to study the factors influencing the innovation of metal amulet molding business in Thailand 2) to analyze the causal relationship of factors influencing innovation of the metal amulet molding business in Thailand 3) to create a model Innovation of the business of metal mold industry for forming amulets in ThailandThis research was a mixed research using a stratified random sampling method. From the population of 2,059 people by dertermining the sample size according to the criteria of Har et al. The total sample population was 550 places and qualitative research using a random sampling method, 15 persons including entrepreneurs and executives. The data collection tool was a questionnaire using structureal equation model analysis techniques (Structural Equation Model: SEM)Major Findings: (1) The form of innovation of the business of the metal mold industry for making amulets in Thailand is entrepreneurship. focus on learning Market focus and innovation (2) Entrepreneurship learning focus Market focus and innovation have direct and indirect influences on the innovation of metal stamping amulet business in Thailand.Where the index for the consistency level of the structural equation model is appropriate and harmonized with the empirical data R2 = 97.45, df = 103, P-value = 0.63586, R2/ df = 0.946, GFI = 0.98, AGFI = 0.96, NFI = 1.00, NNFI = 1.00, CFI = 1.00, IFI = 1.00, RFI = 1.00, RMSEA = 0.000, RMR = 0.007 and (3) the possibility of innovation model of the metal amulet molding industry business in Thailand is linked to each other and focusing on market oriented |
