| Abstract | This academic article aims to present educational management in the VUCA era, utilizing educational research, data synthesis from textbooks, and relevant academic documents. Based on the study's findings, educational managers should create an organizational culture that supports adaptability and continuous learning. They should establish a clear vision and modern, challenging goals to inspire and motivate personnel's self-development. Constant learning and development are crucial, and educational leaders should support lifelong learning and learning that aligns with the changes in the VUCA environment, using online learning platforms and technologies to access diverse and effective educational content. The development of educational managers is essential to help them understand the VUCA environment and enable them to adapt and propose appropriate strategies for educational management in constantly uncertain and changing circumstances. |
