The results can be summarized as follows: Procurement officers at Mahasarakham University have opinions about the operational problems in e-Government Procurement (e-GP) in terms of overall issues and for each section, which consist of operational risk (x̄ = 3.57). The results from the interviews and group discussion showed that the operational problems in e-Government Procurement (e-GP) consist of incorrect data being recorded into the e-GP system, primarily because of the complexity of the data and the procurement officers lacking particular expertise in the system. Specifically, they do not totally understand the scope of the system, causing mistakes to be made in the data recording process. Moreover, the procurement officers fail to inform the head of government when additions, changes, and cancellations take place because they can delay e-Government |
