| Abstract | The study on Human Resources Development: Creative Communication through Social Media aimed to study training style and design the models of a creative communication through social media in human resources development. The data collection methods used in this qualitative study were in-depth interview, focus group discussion, and observation. The key informants were 35 students who involved in the activities. The finding revealed 3 training styles of the students’ creative communication through social media in human resources development. The 3 training styles consisted of 1) the media literacy activity 2) the acknowledgment of the meaning, type, and evolution of media activity and 3) DQ: the digital intelligence activity. After the completion of all activities in the 3 training styles, 8 skills which young people should learn to become the citizen of a digital age were instructed. Then, all organizations were ready and realized the importance in creating the new age citizen with media literacy and stimulating the creative use of media. In sum, the creative communication should be organized through the activities via LINE, namely, the LINE model. This model consisted of L: media Literacy, I: Intelligence, N: Network and E: Empower. |
