| Abstract | The objectives of this research were: to study personal information for residents that affect condominium risk management: to study the level of physical resource management of buildings: to study the level of condominium risk management: and to study the relationship between general information and the risk management of occupants in I Condo Green Space Sukhumvit 77 Phase 1. Population were residents of I Condo Green Space Sukhumvit 77, Phase 1. The samples consisted of 216 people which collected data from questionnaires and analyzed by computer package program. The statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Independent-Samples t-test, One-Way ANOVA, F-test and Multiple Linear Regression. The results indicated that: (1) the most of respondents were male; aged between 21-30 years old; graduated in bachelor degree; private employees; income between 15,001-30,000 Baht: (2) managing physical resources by people to manage beyond expectations: (3) the risk management of condominiums of residents were the risks associated with financial management, which were at the highest level of risk: (4) the different of gender, age, educational level, occupation and income; the opinion about risk management were not difference at statistical significant level of 0.05, as for the different status, opinions on strategic risk management were difference at statistical significant level of 0.05; these results found that single and married, had a different opinion: and (5) human resource management affected to risk management while location and work aspects did not affect risk management at statistically significant level of 0.05. |
