Abstract The aimed of the environmental factors affecting performance quality of accounting firms in Suphanburi province were: 1) to compare performance quality of accounting firms in Suphanburi province that classified by personal factor: and 2) to study the environmental factors influencing performance quality of accounting firms in Suphanburi province. The sample consisted of 286 people using a convenience sampling method. The statistical analysis used percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-Way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis. The results indicated as follow: 1. Comparison performance quality of accounting firms in Suphanburi province found that there was no difference at statistically significant. When considering each aspect found that performance quality of accounting firms in Suphanburi province in term of resource management difference by gender. 2. Analysis of internal environmental factors influencing performance quality of accounting firms in Suphanburi province found the factors that affect including the physical environment (b=0.591), personnel (b=0.152) and service processes (b=0.140) were predictive power for the 79 percent and the equation can be written as follows: Y = 0.278+0.082 X1+0.101 X2+0.079 X3+0.062 X4+0.152 X5**+0.140 X6**+0.591 X7** 3. Analysis of external environmental factors influencing performance quality of accounting firms in Suphanburi province found the factors that affect including laws and regulations (b=0.282), economic conditions (b=0.281) and the customer attitudes (b=0.250) were predictive power for the 48 percent and the equation can be written as follows.
