| Abstract | The purpose of this research was to (1) study the level of Waste Management under the principles of 3Rs Civil State Policy of Samut Sakhon City Municipality, Mueang Samut Sakhon District, Samut Sakhon Province. (2) study the factors of Waste Management under the principles of 3Rs Civil State Policy of Samut Sakhon City Municipality, Mueang Samut Sakhon District, Samut Sakhon Province. (3) Study factors in Waste Management waste has a causal relationship With waste management under the principles of 3Rs Civil State Policy of Samut Sakhon City Municipality, Mueang Samut Sakhon District, Samut Sakhon Province. The sample groups used in the research were representatives of the population living in Samut Sakhon Municipality area. Mueang Samut Sakhon District 398 people in Samut Sakhon Province with simple random sampling methods. Findings: 1. Waste management under the principles of 3Rs Civil State Policy of Samut Sakhon City Municipality, Mueang Samut Sakhon District, Samut Sakhon Province In the overall picture, and in each aspect, the management is at a high level in all aspects. Sort by order as follows : Recycle (reuse), Reduce (use reduction) and Reuse (reuse). 2. Factors in waste management under the principles of 3Rs Civil State Policy of Samut Sakhon City Municipality, Mueang Samut Sakhon District, Samut Sakhon Province found that in the overall picture and in each aspect, there is practice at a high level in all aspects. Arranged in the following order : awareness, community leaders, knowledge, understanding And awareness of information. 3.
