| Abstract | This research aimed to study (1) The participation in the work of personnel. and theperformance of the hotel business. In Prachuap Khiri Khan Province (2) compare the opinionson the efficiency of hotel operations. In Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, by personal factors.(3) Causal relationship between participation in the work and efficiency of hotel operations. InPrachuap Khiri Khan Province. The samples were administrator's used to study in this research is390. Tools used in the study were query as Rating Scale with 0.902 reliability. The statistics usedin data analysis were percentage, means, standard deviation and the hypothesis was tested byt-test (Independent), F-test (One-way ANOVA), and Multiple Regression Analysis.The resultsshowed that. The participation of personnel and the efficiency of hotel operations were athighest level. When considering each factor, most of them are at the highest level. Thecomparison by personal factors: Sex, Age, Marital and Time of performance were differencewith statistically significant at 0.05, except Education Causal relationship betweenparticipation in the work and efficiency of hotel operations. In Prachuap Khiri Khan Province,were highest. |
