| Abstract | The purposes of this research were 1. to study the knowledge management toward inthe school of Nakhon pathom Rajabhat university students of graduate diploma program inteaching profession. 2. to study the relationship among knowledge searching, knowledgeconstruction, knowledge exchanging and collaborations among colleagues and knowledgeintegration of Nakhon pathom Rajabhat university students. Population were 155 studentswho study in graduate diploma program in teaching profession Nakhon pathom RajabhatUniversity.The students admitted to study in academic year 2017 derived by all of population.Instrument used to collect data was questionnaire constructed by the researchers. Data wereanalyzed for percentage, mean, standard deviation and the Pearson product momentcorrelation coefficient.The results found that 1. Knowledge management for teaching in the school wereaveragely at the high level, in detail, the highest one was knowledge searching. The secondwas knowledge construction. The third was knowledge integration. The lowest was knowledgeexchanging and collaborations among colleagues. 2. Relationships among Knowledgemanagement as knowledge searching, knowledge construction, knowledge exchanging andcollaborations among colleagues and knowledge integration were correlated significantly at.01 |
