Abstract The oectives of this research were to study 1) the influence of organizational citizenship behavior to performance in quality of work, quantity of work and working time; 2) the influence of team effectiveness to performance in quality of work, quantity of work and working time. 369 samples were the employees in S & J international Enterprise Public Company Limited. The statistical analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and multiple-regression analysis (MRA). Findings showed the courtesy affected to performance in the quality of work (?eta = .351) and the quantity of work (?eta = .258) in highest. The sportsmanship affected to working time in highest (?eta = .252). Besides, it was found that team effectiveness in clear allocating roles affected to performance in quality of work, quantity of work and working time highly at the .05 level of significance.
