| Abstract | They are two main purposes of this study which are: first, to compare the expectation of the mobile banking users (MyMo), the Government Savings Bank, Nakhon Pathom branch, classified by personal factors, and second, to study the factors affecting the expectations of mobile banking users (MyMo), Government Savings Bank, Nakhon Pathom Branch. The research population was the customers who used the Mobile Banking (MyMo) service of the Government Savings Bank, Nakhon Pathom Branch, Thailand. In this case, since we do not know the exact sample size of the population, then we apply convenience sampling to investigate the number of the population. The result from convenience sampling was nearly 400, so we apply 400 in this study, collecting the data from the customers who used the service in the Government Savings Bank Nakhon Pathom throughout April 2016. The statistics used were percentage, mean, standard deviation, T-test, analysis of the value of One-way analysis of variance, and confirmation factor analysis. The primary findings show: first, the personal factors affecting the expectation of mobile banking customers were statistically significant, namely, age and occupation. Second, the finding of the first order factor shows the expectation of the Mobile Banking customer users, the Government Savings Bank in Nakhon Pathom, focusing on three main areas which are, the service cost (ly = 0.77), the sales channel (ly = 0.75), and the product (ly = 0.62), respectively. In addition, the result of the second order confirmation factor analysis presented the expectation of Mobile Banking users of The Government Savings Bank of Nakhon Pathom Province, focusing on three main areas: the accuracy suggestion of bank officer (ly = 0.85), the variety of the Mobile Banking (MyMo) service (ly = 0.79), and the marketing advice that offer the customers of the mobile banking services (MyMo) (lY = 0.76), respectively. |
