| Abstract | The research on People's satisfaction with water supply management of Khong Mai sub-district administration organization, Sampran district, Nakhonpathom province aimed to : 1) to study People's satisfaction with water supply management of Khong Mai sub-district administration organization ; 2) to compare People's satisfaction with water supply management of Khong Mai sub-district administration organization distinguish by demographic data. 337 samples were collected from people who live in Khong Mai sub-district area and used the simple random sampling method. analytical data with mean, percentage and standard deviation. Used t-test and one way ANOVA to test the hypothesis The research revealed that 1) People's satisfaction with water supply management of Khong Mai sub-district administration organization recognized that the overall was at a high level as follows: Facilitator aspect and Facilities aspect were at a highest level while process aspect and Quality of water and production were at a high level 2 ) the results of hypothesis testing showed that the comparison on the overall and each aspect of People's satisfaction that distinguish by sex and age found none of significant differences with statistically significance at the .05 while the comparison on the overall and each aspect of People's satisfaction that distinguish by education level and occupation found difference with statistical significant at .05. |
