| Abstract | This research aimed to study 1) level of quality of life, organizational culture, and work effectiveness of personnel in group of general administration under the Nakhon Pathom Public Health Office; and 2) the relationship between quality of life, organizational culture and work effectiveness of the personnel. The research sample was 248 personnel working in group of general administrationunder the Nakhon Pathom Public Health Office. The data collection instrument was a questionnaire constructed by the researcher. The data were analyzes by percentage, mean, standard deviation, correlation coefficient and content analysis. The results were as follows: 1) Overall the level of quality of life was at a high level. 2) Overall the level of organizational culture was also at a high level. 3) Additionally, the overall level of work effectiveness was at a high level. 4) Regarding the relationship between the quality of life and work effectiveness, it was found that work effectiveness in the aspects of individual effectiveness, group effectiveness and organization effectiveness related with the quality of life with the statistically significant level of .05. 5) As for the relationship betweenorganizational culture and work effectiveness, it was found that the aspects of individual effectiveness, group effectiveness and organization effectiveness related with the organizational culture with the statistically significant level of .05. |
