| Abstract | Larygeal framework surgery can change vocal fold characters for the improvement or restoration ofvoice. Vocal folds can be closed together or seperrated from each other. They are also performed to be loose or tense depending on desire in the varieties of diseases. The surgical procedures, indications, complications and results are reviewed. |
