| Abstract | The objectives of this research were: (1) to study the Kalyanamitta -dhamma-based administration of administrators and to study a way to develop the Kalyanamitta -dhamma-based administration of administrators in the Banchai sub-district Administrative Organization, Bandung district, Udonthani province. This was the mixed method Research: a quantitative research and a qualitative research. The quantitative research dealt with studying 383 people in the Banchai sub-district Administrative Organization, Bandung district, Udonthani province as the sample. The research instrument was the questionnaire to collect all data, statistically analyzed in computer for frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test (independent sample), and one way ANOVA. The qualitative research was made with in-depth interview to collect all data from 5 key informants, paper, and related researches, analyzed with the content analysis technique. A result of this study was found in the following aspects. 1. The people's view on the Kalyanamitta-dhamma-based administration of administrators in the Banchai sub-district Administrative Organization, Bandung district, Udonthani province, as a whole, was in a high level ( = 3.60). 2. The view of people who had different ages, occupation, and income on the Kalyanamitta amitta-dhamma-based administration of administrators was different. This result followed the issued hypothesis. The view of people who had different sexes, and education on the Kalyanamitta -dhamma-based administration of administrators was not different. This result did not follow the issued hypothesis. 3. A way to develop the Kalyanamitta -dhamma-based administration of administrators in the Banchai sub-district Administrative Organization, Bandung district, Udonthani province was in the following aspects. The administrators ought to make people clearly understand and know the public want, establish leadership to be responsible for the administration and the management improvement in the error, get a public opinion, communicate and meet the needs of the people. |
