| Abstract | This research study aims to propose a model of caring for chronic diseases patients by Buddhism integrated that affects the quality of life and depression of the patient. This research applied the mixed methods approach by quantitative research methods to expand the results of qualitative research methods. A sample selected from the properties is that there are no restrictions on communication, participation and voluntary instruments that are used in the research is composed of 1) a model of caring for chronic diseases patients by Buddhist integration "CMDEEED", 2) The World Health Organization Quality of Life in Thai version (WHOQOL-BREFTHAI) and 3) Thai depression inventory.
