Abstract The purposes of this research were to study the learning achievements of the students who studied Science and Technology course with E-learning management system on the RMUTPHYSICS online classroom and to study the student of satisfactions on the course. There were 41 students of the first year undergraduate to enroll the courses, in the first semester of academic year of 2016. The instruments used were the learning achievement tests and satisfaction questionnaires. Statistics used for data analysis included percentage, mean, standard deviation, and one-sample t-test with 60 percent. The results of the study indicated that 1) The student of learning achievements on the course was 90 percent which higher than 60 percent, 37 out of 41 students. 2) Students had a high level of satisfaction for the course and the highest level on the encouraging learners to participate in the instructional process. In addition the research found that most students gave the positive comments (about 95 percent).
