Abstract Purpose: This research aims to develop a database system for collecting tuition fees and managing joint program revenue (CAMT-Revenue). Moreover, it also seeks to improve the efficiency of budget planning and financial reporting for the university in a timely and accurate manner.Methodology: The study employs a Research and Development approach utilizing the Lean four-step process: Check/Measure, Process Design, System Development, and Evaluation. The tools include API integration for retrieving data from the Registrar's Office, process mapping, and user acceptance testing through interviews and focus groups with personnel from three central departments.Findings: The CAMT-Revenue system reduced operational time from 10 to 3 days, increasing efficiency by 70%. It replaced manual Excel storage with an automated "single source of truth," ensuring data integrity and real-time verification. Users reported high satisfaction due to reduced workloads and improved transparency in revenue tracking.Applications of this study: This study is helpful for higher education administrators and financial officers in departments such as Educational Services, Policy and Planning, and Finance. The integrated Digital Automation model, combining Lean Thinking, Knowledge Management, and Data Integrity, can be applied to other university revenue streams or public sector financial management systems to eliminate waste.
