| Abstract | The objectives of this research are as follows: 1) to study Government Under Sangahavatthu 4 Of The Officials In Rajamanggala University of Technology Rattannkosin Phuttamonthin District Nakhonpathom Provinec 2) to compare Government Under Sangahavatthu 4 Of The Officials In Rajamanggala University Of Technology Rattannkosin Phuttamonthin District Nakhonpathom Provinec classified by personal factors 3) To study the problems and suggestions on Government Under Sangahavatthu 4 Of The Officials In Rajamanggala University Of Technology Rattannkosin Phuttamonthin District Nakhonpathom Provinec. It is a quantitative research. (Quantitative Research) The sample group used in the research consisted of 202 people. The tools used in the research were questionnaire, statistics used in data analysis. These were frequency, percentage, mean (x ̅) standard deviation (SD) and inferential statistics such as t-test, one-way variance test (F -test or One – Way ANOVA). If a statistically significant difference is found, the mean difference is tested individually by the LSD (Least Significant Difference) method. The results showed that Government Under Sangahavatthu 4 Of The Officials In Rajamanggala University Of Technology Rattannkosin Phuttamonthin District Nakhonpathom Provinec, including all 3 aspects, was at a high level. They were sorted in descending order of mean from highest to lowest were is the issue of regulations according to the Sangahavattha 4, punishment according to Sangahavatthu 4 and the officials according to the Sangahavattha 4, respectively. by university employees with different gender, education and working age. There were no different opinions on Government Under Sangahavatthu 4 and officials of different ages, There are opinions on Government Under Sangahavatthu 4 differed significantly at the 0.05 level. |
