| Abstract | This research objectives of this study were to study the social security performance of the personnel of the bangkok social security office, to study the social security operating conditions according to the secular principles of the personnel of the bangkok social security office and study the benefits and value of social security performance according to the secular principles of the personnel of the bangkok social security office. this research is a qualitative research by using in-dept interviews 11 key informants. Data was analyzed by using content analysis techniques and presenting descriptive. The reseach results were as follows 1. All office personnel are operating under the rules, regulations, and regulations that the structure of duties and responsibilities that the ministerial regulations divide the government sectors of the Social Security Office. Ministry of Labor B.E. 2559 has set. 2. All personnel have adopted the principles of secular dharma in their work, namely, they work with honesty. Honest, diligent, patient and sincere to each other while working, able to control one's emotions and mind by using intelligence to solve problems and then bring them to improve and improve as well. Both have sacrifices, generosity, generosity to help colleagues in order to ensure smooth operations for the common good and achieve the objectives of the organization that have set goals. 3. All personnel see that secular dharma is very useful and valuable to work because it can be used to reduce conflicts in the workplace, let everything go smoothly from being honest, sincere, patient, and restrained. Control your emotions and consider improving yourself all the time. Both have sacrifice and generosity to others people, this contributes to the smoothness of the house and work and the successful performance of the work duties as expected. |
