| Abstract | The objectives of this research were 1) to study the participation of the people in local development according to the principle of power 4 of Bang Phasi Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Bang Len District, NakhonPathom Province; 2) To compare people's participation in local development according to the Principle of Power 4 of Bang Phasi Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Bang Len District, Nakhon Pathom Province with different genders, ages, education levels, occupations and monthly incomes. 3) To study problems and suggestions for people's participation in local development according to the principle of power. 4) of Bang Phasi Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Bang Len District, Nakhon Pathom Province The sample used in the study were people in Bang Phasi Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Bang Len District. Nakhon Pathom Province aged 18 years and over, totaling 377 people The researcher collected data by using questionnaires as a study tool. and statistical analysis of data using percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Hypotheses were tested using t-test and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). The t-test was used to test differences in individual factors with variables. Divided into 2 groups: sex variables, and one-way ANOVA using F-test, i.e., age, education level, occupation, and average income. per month In case when differences are found, the pairwise mean differences are tested by Scheffe's method.The results of the research were as follows: 1) The study of the level of people's participation in local development according to the principle of Indhipada 4 of Bang Phasi Sub-District Administrative Organization, Bang Len District, Nakhon Pathom Province found that the analysis of local development according to the Indhipada 4 of Bang Phasi Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Bang Len District, Nakhon Pathom Province Overall, it was at a high level. When considering each side in order of average from the highest to the lowest, it was found that Viriya was followed by Chantha and Vimangsa respectively. and analysis of people's participation in local development The overall level is moderate.
