| Abstract | The objectives of this research are 1) to study the use of information communication systems to develop teaching and learning in educational institutions, 2) to study factors affecting the use of information communication systems to develop teaching and learning in educational institutions, and 3) To study guidelines for developing the use of information communication systems to develop teaching and learning in educational institutions in Khon Kaen Province Using questionnaires and interviews. The population and sample were 400 school administrators and teachers in Khon Kaen province, calculated from the Taro Yamane formula, and the target group of in - depth interviewees were 10 school representatives by selecting specifically Analyzed by mean statistics standard deviation and multiple regression Include discussion of results, classify data, and organize data into a system. By using the summary Interpreting and presenting data through descriptive analysis.The results of the research found that 1) the use of information communication systems to develop teaching and learning in educational institutions in Khon Kaen Province Overall, every aspect is at a moderate level. The most valuable aspect is comfort. Followed by: Modernity and speed, respectively (2) Factors affecting the use of information communication systems to develop teaching and learning in educational institutions in Khon Kaen Province. Overall every aspect significantly includes the management of information communication systemsX2 Information communication system managementX1 in the field of application of theX4 information communication system, respectivel and 3) guidelines for developing the use of information communication systems to develop teaching and learning in educational institutions. There should be staff with knowledge and ability to use technology for communication to speed up the development of effective teaching and learning in educational institutions in order to have appropriate speed with the facilities when coming to use the service. |
