| Abstract | The problem of capitalists and the problem of land blindness caused by claiming ownership of others' land. Land rights documents Land is ultimately sold to capital. Therefore, capital can demand land prices that meet capital requirements. There is no specific legal prohibition that causes villagers to suffer. In addition, the law does not allow land officials with the authority to issue land rights documents. Use discretionary power to order entry into public interest land from the public interest. Or the intermediate price of land in each province.Thai law does not support this issue. Researchers agree to suggest that the use of land under consideration for issuing land rights documents is prohibited. Unless the landowner agrees to abandon the entrance and pays compensation to the landowner. If the land is blindly surrounded and there is a strategy considered capitalist, there will be no entrance or exit. Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand. |
