| Abstract | The purpose of this study is to examine training method to develop skills of IT officer which shall consist of Thinking Skills, Teamwork, Communication Skill, Algorithm and Programming, Database, Software, Hardware, Network, Security, Project Management, System Development, Service Management, System Audit, System Planning, Technological Strategy Management. Furthermore, the study aims to survey the training methods which are currently applied in the workplace. |
