Abstract The research presents the impact of Task-technology fit including the self-regulation, self-management and attitude factors from literature review to survey the impact of using Customer Information System Web Application (CIS) on user's job performance. This application gathers information from 206 Metropolitan Waterworks Authority (MWA) operators who frequently use CIS web. The sets of survey are collected from both online and paper-and-pencil questionnaires. The outcome shows the impact of Task-technology fit on self-regulation, self-management, attitude and effective in the workplace. In addition, self-regulation impacts on self-management while self-management affects effective in the workplace. Finally, attitude affects effective in the workplace.
