| Abstract | This research aims to: 1) study the basic knowledge of students in the Faculty of Business Administration at Kalasin University (Namon campus) about the information of ASEAN Economic Community 2) study the readiness of students in Faculty of Business Administration at Kalasin University (Namon campus) about approaching the labor market in the aspect of language skills, information seeking, technology skills, acceptance of the diversity of in-out migrant workers in Thailand, acceptance of ASEAN Mutual Recognition Arrangements on working and the preparation of academic information about approaching the labor market of ASEAN Economic Community 3) study the potential demand for preparation in the labor market of the ASEAN Economic Community. This research was a survey research with using a questionnaire as a collect data tool. The sample used in this study was 59 students in the Faculty of Business Administration at Kalasin University (Namon campus) in the 3 Bachelor consist of General Management, Accountancy, and Business Computer. Analysis the data by used a software package. Statistics used in the research were percentage, mean and standard deviation. The research found that students who responded to the questionnaire was 38 female (64.40%), the most were 22-23 year olds in faculty of Business computer (44.10%), General Management (20.30%) and Accounting (35.60%) 1. The potential about Thai Language skills of students in Faculty of Business Administration was at the good level for all four skills that consists of listening (50.80%), speaking (50.80%), reading (44.00%) and writing (40.60%). Students in the Faculty of Business Administration was at the moderate level for all four skills that consists of listening (45.80%), speaking (52.50%), reading (50.80%) and writing (49.20%) and another skill of listening English music (29.00%) 2. The total of students’ opinion on the readiness to approaching the labor market of ASEAN Economic Community in the aspect of seeking information, technology skills, acceptance of the diversity of in-out migrant workers in Thailand, acceptance of ASEAN Mutual Recognition Arrangements on working and the preparation of academic information about approaching the labor market of ASEAN Economic Community were at the best level in all aspect. |
