| Abstract | The objectives of this research were to study the performance of personnel according to the principles of good governance of personnel and develop guidelines for enhancing the efficiency of good and appropriate work performance according to the principles of good governance of personnel at Khon Kaen University. It is qualitative research. The key informants were five people, who analyzed the data by analyzing the content analysis. The results of the research found that:1. Work performance in accordance with the principles of good governance of personnel. It wasfound that the rule of law operates in accordance with Terms of Referenceprinciples, with clear scope, powers, and duties according to their ownresponsibilities. Workers should be honest with their work. Do not corrupt yourown work. The transparency principle emphasizes procedural disclosure to ensuretransparency can be checked. The participation principle encourages everyone toparticipate in decision-making, sharing ideas, and planning work together. Theprinciple of responsibility is to be responsible for your duty and accept theresults. The principle of value is to have a performance that is worth thetime. The budget is planned to suit the work that meets the objectives of theorganization.2. Guidelines for enhancing operationalefficiency that are good and appropriate according to the principles of Thegood governance of personnel found that 1) should organize activities,training, seminars, develop skills, knowledge, abilities, and set duties andresponsibilities for each person according to the goals of the organization.Emphasize the principle of participation by giving freedom to all personnel.Information technology systems have been developed and knowledge is promoted topersonnel, with follow-up and evaluation of personnel's performance at alltimes. This causes management to achieve quality results. |
