| Abstract | The purposes of this research were to study attitude and behavior for disease prevention in Lumpy Skin Disease of native cattle’s farmers at Cha-am district, Phetchaburi province. The samples were consisted of 138 farmers. A questionnaire used for collecting data and a package of the computer program applied for data analysis. Statistics used in this study were frequency, mean and percentage. The results showed that 1) 138 native cattle’s farmers in Cha-am District, Phetchaburi Province, mostly male (85.51 percent), graduated with a bachelor's degree (34.06%), marital status (69.57%), income from raising native cattle average 10,001-15,000 baht per month (52.90%) 2) the overall attitude was moderate (Mean = 2.35, S.D. = 0.54) and 3) found that native cattle’s farmers showed positive behavior to disease prevention i.e. they have a fence, mosquito breeding sites are eliminated, landscape around the farm has been adjusted and use of chemical elimination for pest control with injected, pour on, or sprayed. |
