| Abstract | The objective of this research was to study opinions of new graduates to Government Co-Payment Project by the public and private sectors. The sample consisted of 53 people. The research tool was a questionnaire and analyzed data by using frequency and percentage.The research findings were as follows: 1) most of the respondents were the most female accounted for 61.16 percent, aged 21-23 years 67.92 percent, graduated with a high vocational certificate (Vocational Certificate) 90.57 and has a period of practice 5 months of work or more 100.00 percent 2) most of the respondents had knowledge of the new hiring promotion program for new graduates by the government and private sectors. 3) Most of them participated in the project because they wished to pursue a career in administrative staff. The factor affecting career decisions is the experience gained in the workplace. The factor affecting the success of this project is the support and cooperation from all relevant agencies |
