| Abstract | ThisstudyaimstoinvestigatethecompetenciesingeneraladministrationofeducationalpersonnelsandtopresenttheresultstotheexecutivesasaguidelineforimprovingthecompetenciesofgeneraladministrationforeducationalpersonnelsatBaanDonYaischool,KongDistrict,NakhonRatchasimaProvince.Thisstudyinvestigated3aspectswhichwerethemobilizationofeducationalresources,Publicrelationforeducation,andtherelationbetweentheschoolandthecommunitythatclassifiedbythepersonalfactors;sex,age,educationlevel,andworkexperienced.Thesampleofthisstudywas35educationalpersonnelsofBaanDonYaischool,KongDistrict,NakhonRatchasimaProvince.Theinstrumentwasaquestionnaire.Percentage,AverageandStandardDeviationwereusedfordataanalysis.Mostofthesamplewerefemale,aged40yearsoldandover,graduatedwithbachelor’sdegree,andworkexperiencedbetween5-10years.Theresultindicatedthattheadministrativecompetenciesingeneraladministrationofeducationalpersonnelswereinhighlevel,classifiedbyeachaspectatahighlevel,thefirstrankwasthepublicrelationsforeducation,andfollowedbyeducationalresourcemobilization.Andthelastplacewastherelationbetweentheschoolandthecommunity |
