| Abstract | Theobjective of this study was to study the competencies inacademicadministration. To present the resultsof the study to the school administrators as a guideline for promoting, improving, correcting and developing academic administration of teachers of Wat Udomrangsee School under The Bangkok Metropolitan Administration in 4 areas: curriculum development educational supervision, internal quality assurance system development and educational standards, and development and using of technology for education classified by the personal factors of the respondents were gender, age, education level, and work experience.The population were in education 150 teachers in Wat Udomrangsee School under The Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. The study instrument was a questionnaire. The statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, and standard deviation.The results showed that most of the respondents were female, aged 30-40 years, had a bachelor's degree, and have less than 10 years of work experience. Competencies in academic administration of teachers of Wat Udomrangsee School under The Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, as a whole, was found at a high level. [When considering each aspect, it was found that the first aspect was internal quality assurance systemdevelopmentand edcational standards, followed by curriculumdevelopment, development and using of technology for education, and the last aspect is education supervision. |
