| Abstract | The purposesof this researchwere tocreate indicators andevaluationthe good governance of the Sub-District Quality Schoolsunder the Office of Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area 1. The research was developed under 3 steps; setting indicators, evaluating good governance of those schools and collecting the problems and obstructs of running the performances.The tool for collecting data was a set of questionnaire to evaluategood governance of the Sub-District Quality Schools.The statistics utilized for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and content analysis.The results of the research revealed as follow;1. There were 36Indicators forgood governance in the Sub-District Quality Schoolsin dimensions of autonomy, academic freedomand participationand covered in 3 main aspects; academic management and teaching learning activities,media innovation technology and information, and educational network supporter.2. Evaluation of good governance in those schools, the appraisal form was practical and met the quality standards. The performances as a whole and all aspectswere also at a high level.3. The problems and obstructswere found : lack of materials, modern innovation learning and school curriculumimplementation wasnot evaluated all learning strands.On media innovation technology and information, the support was not enough and needed more competent teachers.And on educational network supporter, there was no plan for running the activities and unsystematic practices. |
