| Abstract | The research has the aims to study: 1) the quality of life in working of the army noncommissioned officers in the 6th cavalry, Queen Siphatcharin Military Camp, and 2) the suggestionstodevelopthearmynoncommissionedofficersinthe6thcavalry,Queen SiphatcharinMilitarycamp.Theresearcherscollectedthedatafrom 60 officersby questionnaires,andanalyzedthedatabymean,percentage,andstandarddeviation statistics. The results were as follows:1. Most of the respondents(48.33 percent) were age between 20-30 years old, 43.33 percent were age between 31-40 years old, 6.67percent were age over 51percent, and 1.67 percent were age between 41-50 years old. The respondents (63.33 percent) were graduated higher secondary school, 16.67 percent were graduated higher than bachelor degree, 15.0percent were graduated diploma, and 5.0percent were graduated high school. The respondents, 35.0 percent, were sergeant, 15.0 percent were sergeant major third class and sergeant major first class, 11.67 percent were corporal, 10.0 percent were master sergeant first class, 8.33 percent were sergeant major second class, and 5.0 percent were private first class. The respondents, 63.33, were married, 35.0 percent were single, and 1.67were divorced. The respondents, 56.66 percent, have earned lower than 15,000bath/month, 28.33 percent have earned 15,001-20,000 baht/month, 5.0 percent have earned 20,001-25,000, 25,001-30,000 and more than 30,001 bath/month respectively 2. The overall noncommissioned officers’ quality of life in working of the 6th Cavalry, Queen Siphatcharin Military Camp was at high mean level that divided into 8aspects, safety environment and healthy,social advantage,equalcompensation,working securityand sustainability,developmentopportunity,thebalanceinofficeandprivatelife,social integrity, and good governance, was at high mean level. 3. There were 2 suggestions from this study: 1) the noncommissioned officers recommend to have special work after normal working hour to increase their income, and 2) they recommend find more work to increase family income. |
