| Abstract | Communication is essential to convey, exchanging ideas, feelings, needs and seeking information for decision making or to solve the problem. This article aims to study the communication of local leaders and to study problems, obstacles and solutions in communication among local leaders. The results of the study found that communication is essential to the life of all sexes. All ages with broadcast exchanging ideas, feelings, needs and seeking information for decision making or to solve problems arising, local leaders must communicate continuously in order to raise public awareness of development policies, public relations of community activities. |
