| Abstract | Pyogenic granuloma is a benign vascular neoplasm in which the most common site in the oral cavity is the gingiva. It presents as a red or pink exophytic mass, with no pain, and easily bleeding, especially in hematological disorder patients. A case report stated that a 36-year-old man presented with severe aplastic anemia presented with soft tissue mass at the palatal gingiva of the upper incisor teeth. Treatment was performed by complete excision. A recurrent lesion was found at a nearby site in the following 3 weeks. An excision was made again and no recurrent was found after a year of follow-up. |
