| Abstract | The research objectives were 1) to analyse the problems and theoretical concepts related to potential development of real estate entrepreneurs. 2) To study factors affecting potential development of real estate entrepreneurs in Bangkok. And 3) to present guidelines for potential development of real estate operators in Bangkok. This research is quantitative research. Using a questionnaire to collect data from a sample of 400 people in Bangkok. Then the data was analysed using ready-made programs for social science research. The research found that 1) Problems related to developing the potential of real estate entrepreneurs in Bangkok. The primary variable was found to be at a moderate level with the most importance being given to planning. The analysis sets goals that will influence real estate investment decisions. Increase your acumen in solving problems that arise. Use technology to help increase efficiency in evaluating prices and locations that can bring the greatest benefits and quality if well managed. 2) Factors affecting the development of real estate entrepreneurs' potential in Bangkok. The dependent variable was found to be at a moderate level regarding satisfaction with real estate location. One's own potential to perform work including the team established. Using investment strategies that coordinate with powerful technology tools resource needs and efficiency. 3) Guidelines for developing the potential of real estate entrepreneurs in Bangkok. There should be a clear system of steps for planning goals and various factors. Study information about real estate to understand. Prepare funds together with good management in matters of accounting, strategy, coordination, and law. Correct problems are solved. Talk with other investors to create the most profits and benefits. |
