| Abstract | Province of Luang Prabang is culture center since ancient time until now. The most important thing are the strength of Buddhism; outstanding geography; unique urban planning still remain the original architecture that never change under the best defensive measure to preserving the Province of Luang Prabang word heritage town that were the urban planning consists of 3 parts as follow: 1) economics-social development policies and plans 2) structure of urban planning management; the legal system and 3) physical layout include the criterion for urban planning control system. |
