| Abstract | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสถานการณ์การดำเนินงานและหาแนวทางในการจัดการห่วงโซ่อุปทานผักปลอดสารพิษของวิสาหกิจชุมชนท่าสะอ้าน อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสงขลา เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ประธาน สมาชิก แกนนำวิสาหกิจชุมชน ตัวแทนหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ได้แก่ เทศบาลตำบลเขารูปช้าง และสำนักงานเกษตรจังหวัด เครื่องมือวิจัย เป็นการสำรวจ การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก และการสนทนากลุ่ม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา เพื่อหาความสัมพันธ์ของคำตอบทั้งหมดตามวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ควรมีแนวทาง ดังนี้ คือ 1) ศูนย์เรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับเทคนิคการผลิตผักปลอดสารพิษตามกระบวนการผลิตมาตรฐาน GAP และแนวคิดปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงให้กับประชาชน 2) เพิ่มการสื่อสารโฆษณา ประชาสัมพันธ์ เพื่อให้ผู้บริโภครับรู้ข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับผักปลอดสารพิษมากขึ้น ทั้งด้านคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์และแหล่งจำหน่ายโดยใช้สื่อที่ผู้บริโภคเข้าถึงได้ง่าย นอกจากนี้ต้องมีการบริหารให้สินค้าสามารถกระจายเข้าถึงผู้บริโภคทุกระดับ 3) การวางแผนการผลิตให้เหมาะสมกับฤดูกาลเพื่อรักษากลไกด้านการตลาด 4) การสร้างพันธมิตรทางการตลาด เพื่อเป็นศูนย์กระจายสินค้าและกำหนดราคากลางร่วมกัน เพื่อส่งเข้าสู่ตลาดใหญ่This research was aimed to analyze operation situation and approaches of supply chain management of Tha-sa-an's community enterprise of hydroponic vegetables, Mueng District, Songkhla Province. As it was conducted as a participatory action research, its samples were consisted of the community head, members, key leaders of the enterprise, and the concerned representatives of government agencies from Khao Roop Chang municipality and Songkhla Provincial Agricultural Office. Research tools were surveys, in depth interviews, and group discussions. Qualitative data analysis was done by the use of content analysis counting of all question-answer relationships as aimed. Several supply chain management approaches of the Tha-sa-an's hydroponic vegetable found are as follows: 1) The community should be a learning center for production techniques of hydroponic vegetables in accordance with GAP's standard of production, and for introducing the Sufficiency Economy to people. 2) The community should add many advertisings and public relations to every level of customers for hydroponic information of the products' quality, and channels of distribution more accessible. 3) To maintain the community's marketing strategies, its production plan should be appropriate for all season changes. 4) The community should build marketing alliances for its distributing unit of the products, central pricing, and forwarding products to main markets |
