| Abstract | This research aims to improve service performance at the Majalengka Regency Tourism Office through aspects of work performance with driving factors are leadership and individual characteristics. This research uses quantitative methods with verification analysis techniques with respondents' target to employees in the Majalengka Regency Tourism Office. Sampling techniques are used in a proportional cluster random sampling. The analysis technique in this study uses structural analysis equation modelling. The results showed that leadership and individual characteristics had a positive effect on work performance, as well as work performance had a significant effect on service performance. |
