| Abstract | This article describes the problems in introducing Lean Production (LP) in Russian production. Based on the introduction of individual lean production tools, conclusions were drawn and solutions to this problem were proposed. The article is devoted to the general problems of LP and possible measures to achieve the best results of the production processes of enterprises. |
