Abstract The purpose of this study was to develop a structural equation model of the causalrelationships between organizational commitment, organizational justice andtransformational leadership and organizational health among the local administrativeorganizations. The study found that the model was well-fitted to the empirical data.The results of the study indicated that organizational commitment had direct effects onorganizational health; organizational justice had direct effects on organizational healthand indirect effects on organizational health through organizational commitment.Transformational leadership had direct effects on organizational health and indirectinfluence on organizational health through organizational justice. Therefore, forlocal administrative organizations to have good organizational health, administratorsmust build justice perception among personnel in the organizations concerningdecision-making, relationship, communication, and transformational leadership interms of ideological influence, inspiration, intellectual stimulation, and individuality.All of these factors can affect organizational health of local administrativeorganizations.
