| Abstract | Executive leadership is therefore an important thing that executives should have, especially transformational leadership, which is a process in which the leader attempts to change his subordinates to perform effectively, creating trust, loyalty, and trust in the leader. Conformity, trying to solve problems in practice, self-confidence, responsibility, and dedication to the organization. Therefore, a good leadership transition manager or leader must have the ability to motivate people to do things willingly, making people feel like following them everywhere. The purposes of this research were (1) to study the transformational leadership of school administrators under the Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office, Region 1. And (2) comparing the level of opinions towards transformational leadership of school administrators classified by gender, school size, and education level. The population in this research consisted of 1,954 personnel in educational institutions under the Office of Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area 1 with a sample of 333 people. The research tool was a questionnaire on the transformational leadership of school administrators. The statistics used in the research were frequency, mean, percentage, standard deviation, F-test, and t-test. The results showed that (1) the overall level of opinions towards transformational leadership of school administrators under the Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was at a high level. And (2) a comparative analysis of opinions on transformational leadership of school administrators under the Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office, Region 1 found that: (a) Classified by gender as a whole and not different from each other, (b) Classified by school size, the overall difference was statistically significant at the .05 level, and each aspect differed in terms of ideological influence, and motivational aspects with statistical significance at the .05 level. And (c) classified according to the level of education as a whole and not different in each aspect. |
