Abstract Academic administration is the heart of academic administration in schools. Administrators must pay attention to their responsibilities, improve themselves to know and understand academic work, and be able to lead academics in both curriculum and teaching. And the important thing is to work together as a team as a group with a group of people participating in academic administration. The objectives of this research were 1. To study the conditions and guidelines for participatory academic administration to promote learning management in the new era. for schools under the Chanthaburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Trat for schools under the Chanthaburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Trat. For schools under the Chanthaburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Trat, the sample used in the research was 306 school administrators and teachers, 9 informants, and research tools. These were questionnaires, interview forms, and statistics used in research, including mean and standard deviation and content analysis. The results found that: (1) the participatory academic administration to promote modern learning management in schools under the Chanthaburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Trat. Promote learning management in a new era The details are as follows: 1) Executives manage with an emphasis on participation. Keep up with changes, transparency, and internal supervision Supporting learners to develop their full potential by focusing on students. 2) Participatory academic administration, i.e. participation in problem analysis, decision-making, planning, action, control, and evaluation. 4) Factors promoting participatory academic administration, consisting of 4 factors: 1) Academic leadership of administrators 2) Knowledge and understanding of roles in participation 3) Technology network development, and 4) New Era Learning Environment System. (2) the Participatory Academic Administration Models to Promote New Era Learning Management For schools under the Chanthaburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Trat consists of 4 components: 1) the scope of academic administration; 2) Learning management in the new era 3) Participatory academic administration process 4 ) Factors promoting participatory academic administration Assessment results The validity of participatory academic administration model to promote learning management in the new era For schools under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area Chanthaburi, Trat, the overall level was at the highest level. Overall, teachers had the highest level of knowledge and skills. The results of the assessment of knowledge and skills in the participatory academic administration of educational institution administrators, as a whole, had knowledge and skills at the highest level. participatory academic work to promote learning management in the new era for the schools under the Chanthaburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Trat, the overall picture was at a high level. And (3) Assessment results of knowledge and skills in participatory academic administration of educational institution administrators, as a whole, had knowledge and skills at the highest level. Participatory academic administration to promote learning management in the new era Overall, it was at a high level.
