Abstract Executive leadership is essential to success at all levels of society because leaders with leadership are the initiators of action and play an important role in the decision-making of the organization to achieve its goals. The purpose of this research was to study the desirable leadership of administrators of the Nong Yang Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Phaloem Phra Kiat District Nakhon Ratchasima Province in 5 areas: roles and duties personality ability human relations and creativity from the people who have the right to vote in the Nong Yang Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Chaloem Phra Kiat District Nakhon Ratchasima Province, a total of 5,511 people, a sample group of 375 people with randomly distributed among the villages proportionately by simple random method. The tool used to collect data was a questionnaire. The basic statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Desirable Leadership of Nong Yang Subdistrict Administrative Organization Administrators Chaloem Phra Kiat District Nakhon Ratchasima Province Overall, it was at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that all aspects were at a high level. Sorted from the side with the highest average to the lowest will be as follows. Human relations Creativity role and Personality, respectively. The opinions and other suggestions that have the highest number are from executives. Every village should be developed thoroughly and equally in all aspects. followed by local administrators should allow the public to express their opinions and participate in the activities of the administrative organization The sub-district has several channels respectively.
