Abstract Mathematical thinking and using mathematical thinking to solve problems is an important goal of education, so schools and teachers need to be aware of the importance of learning management that emphasizes mathematical thinking. To promote and develop students' mathematical thinking at the same time as content knowledge and assessment. by encouraging students to communicate present ideas Analyze and decide problems carefully. The purposes of this study were to create e mathematical thinking test for Mathayomsuksa 6 students and examine the quality of the Mathematical Thinking scale for Mathayomsuksa 6. The sample used in the research consisted of 90 students using a two-stage random sampling method. The statistical analyses were performed using content validity, rater agreement index, difficulty index, discrimination, and reliability of the questionnaire. The results of the research were as follows: (1) The results of creating a mathematical thinking test there are 6 exams which are subjective in measuring each situation, consisting of 3 components: problem-solving, reasoning, and representation. (2) The quality in an examination of the mathematical thinking test, the content validity had a consistent value of 0.6-1.00. The results of the analysis of the rater agreement index among the assessors had a consistency index ranging from 0.75-0.88. It was found the difficulty value ranged from 0.40-0.76, the discrimination ranged from 0.46-0.78, and the reliability value was 0.97.
