| Abstract | Planning is a very important tool in the administration and development of school education. The Office of the Basic Education Commission has therefore required the school to prepare an annual action plan and has developed a model for preparing an annual action plan. In preparing the annual action plan, there should be a planning process in the school to be clear, complete, and complete the planning process, starting from planning preparation, planning implementation, monitoring and evaluation plan, and adjusting the plan or creating a new plan. The objectives of this research were (1) to study the level of implementation of the annual action plan. And (2) to compare the implementation of annual action plans classified by job title, work experience, and education level. This research was conducted to study schools under the Office of Special Education Administration, Lopburi Province. The study population was 212 civil servants and government employees of schools under the Office of Special Education Administration, Lopburi Province, in the academic year 2022. The research tool was a questionnaire on the implementation of the annual action plan. The statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and F-test. The results showed that; (1) Implementation of the annual action plan of the school under the Office of Special Education Administration, Lopburi Province of government teachers and government officials as a whole and in each aspect as follows: operational planning, operation according to the plan, inspection or evaluation, and the improvement and development aspects are at a high level. And (2) The results of comparing the opinions of civil servants and civil servants of schools under the Office of Special Education Administration, Lop Buri Province, with positions, experience in work, and sizes of different educational institutions overall were not different statistically significant at the .05 level. |
