| Abstract | The management of online teaching and learning in Thailand during the epidemic situation of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is therefore consistent with the current situation of Thai education. Due to the COVID-19 epidemic situation as well, it supervises educational institutions to operate strictly in accordance with the guideline for supporting expenses for basic education in the situation of the COVID-19 epidemic. The objectives of this research were (1) to study the problem of budget utilization under the project to support expenses for basic education in the situation of the COVID-19 epidemic. And (2) to compare the level of opinions of personnel on the problem of budget utilization according to the basic education educational expenses support program in the situation of the COVID-19 epidemic, classified by position, work experience, and level of study. The population of this research consisted of 3,341 personnel and 345 samples. The research tool was a questionnaire on the problem of budget utilization under the basic education cost support project. The statistics used in the research were frequency, mean, percentage, standard deviation, F-test, and t-test. The results showed that (1) The problem of budget utilization according to the project to support basic education expenses in the overall situation of the COVID-19 epidemic was at a high level. And (2) the level of opinion on the problematic use of the budget found; (a) classified according to the overall position and the side is not different, (b) classified by overall work experience is not different, and (c) classified by educational level as a whole and each aspect was not significantly different at the 0.05 level. |
