| Abstract | Providing services to people in the bureaucratic system is a state mechanism that has been implemented. Service quality of government agencies It can be classified as a new issue or concept that government agencies must operate in accordance with the framework and context of the reform of the Thai public administration system. The purposes of this study included the following: (1) to study the level of administrative factors Strategic Leadership and service efficiency of Local Government Organizations, (2) to study the influence of Administrative factors and strategic leadership affecting service efficiency of local administrative organizations. The sample group includes Personnel of local government organizations in Mueang Nakhon Phanom District Nakhon Phanom Province, 273 personnel, using a stratified sampling method, using a questionnaire as a tool to collect data, and the statistics used in the data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. The study revealed these results: (1) Administrative factors of Local Government Organizations was at a high level, the strategic leadership of local administrative organizations as overall level was at a high level, and the service efficiency of the local administrative organizations as overall was at a high level. (2) Administrative factors in the dimension of moral and ethical aspects, budget, and work methods influenced service efficiency of local administrative organizations with statistically significant at the .05 level It can predict the level of service efficiency of local government organizations by 67.10% (R2Adj=.671). As for administrative factors, personnel, materials and equipment and management have no influenced-on service efficiency of local administrative organizations, the Executive Strategic Leadership in the Dimensions Controlling the organization to be balanced, and strategic direction setting influence on service efficiency of local administrative organizations with statistically significant at the .01 level. It can predict the level of service efficiency of local administrative organizations by 43.10% (R2Adj=.431). Strategic Leadership In terms of resource management in the organization, Supporting effective organizational culture and ethical practices have no influence on the service efficiency of local administrative organizations. |
